During your sauna session you can expect:
When you enter the sauna, you'll immediately feel a gentle, soothing warmth. Infrared saunas use infrared heaters to create heat, which is often described as more comfortable and less stifling than traditional saunas.
As your body absorbs the infrared heat, you'll start to sweat. Sweating is a natural response to the increased temperature, and it's how your body regulates its core temperature and detoxifies.
Many people find the sauna environment calming and conducive to relaxation. You can bring a towel, sit or lie down, and simply enjoy the heat. You can also use the tablet provided to watch a streaming program or use other apps whilst enjoying your sauna.
Your heart rate may increase slightly, similar to light exercise, as your body works to cool itself down through sweating.
