What to expect during your LED Therapy session.
During your session gentle warmth may be felt from the red light panels. The experience is completely non-invasive and relaxing. Get yourself comfortable, sit for as little or as long as you like within your allocated time. We recommend bringing a book or listening to a podcast or even meditate whilst you bath under the light. If your eyes are sensitive to the light it is recommended to wear the glasses provided.
Contraindications and cautions:
With limited studies on light therapy and pregnancy, it is recommended to seek advice from your physician prior to booking your session if you are, or may be pregnant.
