Ice Bath
Dive into renewal with cold immersion therapy.
Why choose cold water immersions?
Feel the breath-catching rush of cold water against your skin, invigorating your lungs and expanding your capacity to breathe deeply. It's an awakening that leaves you feeling more alive than ever. Tap into the powers of icy waters to awaken your senses, boost your energy and elevate your well-being.
Our cold plunge reaches temperatures as low as 3 degrees. Submerging in temperatures this low constricts the body’s blood vessels aiding in the removal of toxins within the body. After exiting the Ice Bath your core body temperature naturally rises and the blood vessels that were constricted now expand to allow blood flow. This constriction and expansion of the blood vessels can have a lasting effect on blood pressure, overall circulation, and health throughout the body.
Regular cold water immersions aids in improved immune function, improved sleep quality, reduced inflammation and swelling. Controlled cold water awakes your body's natural response to cold, activating its innate healing mechanisms. Athletes and fitness enthusiasts swear by cold water immersion for its ability to reduce muscle inflammation and aid in post work out recovery. The shock of cold water immersion stimulates circulation, releases endorphins, and enhances mental clarity. Experience an immediate sense of alertness and renewed focus that lasts long after your session ends.
Cold water immersion is not just a physical experience; it's a mental challenge that can increase your resilience to stress. Overcome discomfort and emerge stronger, both physically and mentally.

What to expect during your plunge.
During cold water immersion therapy you may expect:
Initial Shock when you first enter cold water, you may experience a sudden gasping reflex, increased heart rate, and a feeling of shock due to the cold temperature. This is a normal reaction and typically subsides quickly.
Numbness and Tingling as your body adjusts to the cold, you may feel numbness and tingling in your extremities. Your skin may turn pale or red due to the body's vasoconstriction response, which helps conserve heat.
Focus on slow, controlled breathing to help manage the shock response. Deep breaths can help regulate your heart rate and keep you calm. For pointers read our blog post on breathing techniques.
Over time, your body will adapt to the cold water, and you may start to feel more comfortable. Your skin temperature will decrease, but your core temperature will remain relatively stable.
Cold water immersion can trigger the release of endorphins, providing a sense of euphoria and increased alertness.
Post-immersion warmth may be experienced after exiting the cold water, your body will work to rewarm itself. You may experience a sensation of warmth as your blood vessels dilate to restore normal circulation.
